Shipping policy

Every Local Apparel piece is made to order by our UK production partners — it's part of how we keep waste to a minimum. Your order is printed or embroidered just for you before it ships.

Production & dispatch

Orders are usually produced and dispatched within 1–5 working days. During busy periods, or if an item is temporarily unavailable with our production partners, this can occasionally take up to 10 working days.

Delivery

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. All prices on our site include UK VAT.

We also ship to Europe and selected international destinations, with rates calculated at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination, and international orders may be subject to local customs charges, duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch confirmation when it's on its way, including tracking details where available.

Haven't received your order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us or email hello@localapparelstore.com and we'll look into it right away.
